A Pilot's Mission
A few years ago, I was speaking with a retired airline pilot about the industry and he said something that has stuck with me ever since. He told me everyone who travels takes the plane ride for granted. He further clarified that of all the moving pieces that go into travel, the flight arriving is the one aspect of the trip people just naturally assume is going to happen. Let’s think about that.
