Bringing Recruiters and Pilots Together Since 1972

FAPA’s Pilot Job Fairs and Future Pilot Seminars attract thousands of pilots – whether future or job-hunting – each year. By bringing active and aspiring pilots together in the same place as pilot recruiters and flight schools, FAPA’s monthly events are efficient and profitable. You can either just recruit from your dedicated table during the event or present to attendees, drawing more attention to your brand and benefits. Both events are held on the same day and in the same location, meaning a half or just one full day away from the office is all it takes to go home
with a stack of résumés or a list of future students.

In addition to these monthly in-person opportunities, you can build your brand wide and deep by advertising in FAPA’s monthly eNewsletters or placing your company banner on any one of our website landing pages. The chosen page is yours for the duration of your campaign; no rotating ads or sharing the space with competing companies or advertisers.

For additional information on recruiting, presenting, or advertising with FAPA.aero, contact Andrew Dubats via email at Andrew@fapa.aero or call him at 1 (800) JET-JOBS, extension 53.

How to Recruit at a FAPA Pilot Job Fair

Years ago, I attended my first FAPA Pilot Job Fair as an exhibitor. Not knowing what to expect, I treated it like most other industry events: I showed up with a uniformed pilot, a tablecloth and a small box full of swag.

I was not prepared for what I would discover. Instead of.....
